HOUSTON, TX, October 2020 — The Parlour Salon has leased 2,900 SF at 3425 S Shepherd Dr. Known as one of the top beauty salons in the city, they will be moving their operation from their current location at 701 Richmond to the new space. The Parlour Salon has been in business for over 20 years. MM Silvers with Greenberg and Company represented the tenant. The landlord, Fred & Soody Sharifi Family Partnership LTD, was represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial.
