HOUSTON, TX, February 2022 — Yardbird Furniture has leased 4,722 SF at 2433 University Blvd in Rice Village. This will be their first Texas location and 8th location nationwide. Yardbird sells high-quality sustainable outdoor furniture directly to customers. In addition to manufacturing with recycled materials, their furniture is also 100% recyclable. When a customer is ready to retire their Yardbird pieces, they will happily reclaim and repurpose it, giving it new life. Matthew Reed with SHOP Companies represented Yardbird. The landlord, Toomey-Guseman Family, LTD, was represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial.
