Mark has over 29 years in the commercial real estate business and has executed hundreds of transactions for clients involving the sale, acquisition, leasing, and development of commercial properties. Prior to forming Davis Commercial in 2001, Mark worked at the Trammell Crow Company in Houston where he was a top producer for the company on a local and national basis. He received his MBA from Rice University and Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. Mark serves as a board member of Covenant House Texas, which offers care to homeless and trafficked youth and also EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) Houston, whose mission is to engage leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow.
Ryan joined Davis Commercial after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a BBA in Marketing. Ryan is a native Houstonian, with an insightful and astute perception of the Houston marketplace. Ryan enjoys fishing, playing tennis, and is a volunteer member of Special Olympics Texas. Ryan is currently focused on commercial listings and the representation of clients wishing to lease or purchase properties.
Ashley joined Davis Commercial after graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelors of Administration Degree in Marketing. Ashley has always had a passion for real estate and loves building strong relationships with her clients and exceeding their customer service expectations. Ashley's focus is on "Inside The Loop" properties for sale or lease as well as Tenant Representation. In her free time, Ashley enjoys offshore fishing, skiing, hiking, and spending time on the Texas coast.
Cotton joined Davis Commercial with a real estate background, specializing in the development and sale of medical properties. Cotton graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics, with an emphasis on finance and real estate. He enjoys building quality relationships with his clients and providing top notch service. Cotton spends his free time playing basketball or in the great outdoors, be it golfing, fishing, hiking, hunting, skiing, or just enjoying all that nature has to offer.
Taking her customer service ethos from almost a decade in the hospitality industry, Lisa takes pride in providing an awesome client experience by anticipating needs and building strong relationships. Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tulane University, and not surprisingly enjoys traveling back to New Orleans whenever she has the opportunity. In her free time, Lisa enjoys biking around Houston and frequenting cool restaurants.
Melissa joined Davis Commercial as a Marketing Coordinator after studying visual communications and professional writing at Carnegie Mellon University. She has spent her professional career working as a graphic designer, project manager, and marketing person type. Melissa is all about providing excellent customer service and making sure Davis Commercial gets the message out on our properties through social media, brochures, and alike. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, husband and her two cats, Meeka and Meeso.
